Rachel helped my father through the sale of his house, and even through some health issues he was having along the way. When my father didn't understand certain parts of the paperwork, Rachel would drive over his house and explain it to him in person. She helped him through permit issues, contractors, and other things that were way out of her scope for a house sale --because she knew my dad couldn't handle it alone.
